		<description>i saw a better article on this on the bbc a few months ago. i think it's one of the best ideas i have seen in a long time, if only the weather in the uk allowed for more cycling. 

supposably the cycling action powers a tiny engine, which pushes the bike further then cycling normally does without the need of any other power. i may be wrong though.</description>
